A small design label born in Charleston, SC. Keep quiet. Make something real.
Where It Started
Dof Designs started the way most good things do — out of frustration. Not frustration with the world, but with the clothes in it. Everything looked the same. Loud logos, fast fashion, things made for everyone that felt like they were made for no one.
So instead of complaining, we started making. The first design was sketched on a napkin at a kitchen table in Charleston. Black tee. Simple text. Two words that said everything: keep quiet.
It wasn't a brand strategy. It wasn't a pivot. It was a feeling. And people felt it too.
The Philosophy

Every design that carries the Dof mark has been thought about, argued over, revised, and refined. We don't ship something unless we'd wear it ourselves. That's the only rule.

Made-to-Order, Always
We don't warehouse product. Every shirt you order is made for you, specifically. That means it takes a little longer than ordering from a giant warehouse in New Jersey — and that's intentional.

Allow 2–3 weeks from dispatch. Not because we're slow — because we're careful.
The Pre-Order Model
Some designs only happen if enough people want them. That's the pre-order system. You register your interest, no payment required. When 30 people are in, we confirm the run, collect payment, and begin production.
It means you might wait a little longer. But it also means you're wearing something that only 30 people in the world own. And the design only exists because you — and 29 others — decided it should.
That's not a gimmick. That's just how we think things should work.
